RELIGIOUS PERSONALITIES OF JEWS IN ARAD

Summary/Abstract: The Neolog Jewish Community of Arad had prominent leaders from both the religious and secular spheres. Neolog rabbis have always been attentive to the needs of the community, serving and guiding parishioners, facilitating the practice of religion and tradition, creating bridges between Jews and other ethnicities and religions. These leaders were oriented towards finding solutions for the community, always putting people first. Their life stories show us how they succeeded to manage the most difficult situations, how they overcame the biggest obstacles, enrusting us with a legacy of lessons of empathy and the attitude of a man who breaks through and moves the community forward, laying the foundations of what we see today.
