Epilogue of this year’s election: another blank or bars

Summary/Abstract: The author of this article is occasionaly active on social media, reacting to current social phenomena in Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially those in the field of economics. His texts get straight to the point, expose many social deviations, directly call out the culprits – especially those that are part of the current government. These are incidental notes in which the author identifies many negativities and perversions in the domestic social nivou and along the way points to the possible ways of their removal and resolution. Although his instructions seem like a iladž (a useful medicine), they will hardly reach those that are in the position to remove them, which isn’t much of a wonder, but they also aren’t of much use to the common folk. This was shown during this year’s election as well, which were, when everything is accounted for, a pure blank – as the author concluded himself. These diary entries are characterized by conciseness and clarity, but also by a specific style and language of the author, who, in order to be clearer, skillfully uses folk sayings and phrases – which gives a special flavor to the text, which is usually filled with bitter irony and sarcasm. From the abundance of these notes we selected six. In three of these the author describes the atmosphere before the elections in his own way, and in the fourth he effectively presents their results.
