Summary/Abstract: The author presents and analyses achievements of Prof. J.A. Daszyńska on five levels: 1) Her own involvement and the activities of her entire family in the field of historical reconstruction; 2) Prof. J.A. Daszyńska as a member and head of the reconstruction group “Iron Eagle” and her participation in numerous reconstruction events, popularization of knowledge about historical reconstructions and reminder of Łódź Operation in 1914; 3) Activity in Polish Historical Society (President of the Łódź Branch), particularly the organization of the 19th General Congress of Polish Historians; 4) An overview of her acting roles in cinema and activity as historical consultant of films; 5) A review of her achievements in science and in popularization, summary of press and radio interviews.
