Summary/Abstract: The paper addresses some of the problems of Romanian legal education and suggests changes in the law school curriculum and in the methods the students are examined. It also highlights the insignificant role that Constitutional Law has in the Romanian legal education, as well as a recurring error in the experts’ analyses, i.e. the fact that we are part of the continental legal system and that we would be constrained, thus, in achieving the performances of common law jurists.
