Summary/Abstract: Dementia does not only affect the individual, but also has an impact on his family, on the community to which he belongs. Drug therapy is necessary, but not enough. Socialization, involvement in activities adapted to the deficit and concerns of the patient lead to increased self-esteem. The case study tracked the effects of Montessori activities, Freinet techniques, and theatrical games on temporospatial orientation, attention, memory, and behaviour in a neurodegenerative disordered patient. The paper is the starting point for future research
