Summary/Abstract: In the current socio-cultural context there is a need for a formative education of work with a divine, social and personal approach. On the labor market there is a social and moral crisis. I believe it is necessary correlating the resources of the school with the requirements of the labor market for outlining the social aspirations of professional training students, a career and find a job. Moreover, work is a factor of moral progress and cultivation of virtue in a secularized world.
