Advisability of Maintaining a Proceeding in Matters of Labour Law as a Separate Proceeding

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to proceedings in labour law cases, and more precisely, to the assessmentof the advisability of its maintaining it in the face of such a large number of separate proceedingsthat break up the increasingly less uniform model of civil process. In order to properly analyzethe title issue, the author first introduces the genesis of proceedings in labour law cases inthe context of the system of legal protection authorities in employee disputes, then explainsthe reasons for the introduction of this procedure, presenting its distinctive features, and finallyjustifies the desirability of further classification of proceedings in labour law cases into the catalogueof separate proceedings.
