Summary/Abstract: In this study, which aims to examine the local government system within the framework of the Turkish government system, the issues of local government, local government, business and operations of local government organizations will be discussed. In our country, the functions, structures, powers, organizations of local government organizations and the procedures for appointing their officers are regulated by law.
