The non-enforcement of court decisions in administrative cases

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to indicate and analyze the reasons for non-enforcement of court decisions confirming or revoking acts of local administration, as well as to point out specific measures for their overcome under current legislation. This problem is closely related to the effectiveness of judicial control over the acts of administration and the actual exercise of the right to a fair trial by citizens and legal entities.
