Summary/Abstract: One of the most important ceremonies in the Babagan branch of Bektashism is the ceremony of acknowledgment, which is accepted as a person's ascension. According to the Bektashi belief, the one who confesses gets a share. In other words, he begins to become aware of spiritual secrets and this inner journey continues until he reaches personal maturity. There are works describing the creeds of Babagân Bektashism, and these are called erkannâme as an umbrella name. Most of these works were written in Arabic letters and Turkish during the Ottoman period. The subject of the study is the document named Risâle-i Merâsim-i Bektâşi, which is recorded with the place number 06 Mil Yz A 2714 in the National Library Manuscripts Collection and describes the ceremony of confession. Written entirely with Islamic references, Risale-i Merâsim-i Bektashi is a mixed proseverse work, mainly prose. In this study, first of all, brief information about erkan and erkannames was given and the work called Risâle-i Merâsim-i Bektashi was introduced. After that, the content analysis of the work called Risâle'-i Merâsim-i Bektashi was made and the text was evaluated especially in terms of Bektashism beliefs. Later, the translation of the work was written and at the end, the original text of the work was included.
