The Globalization Process of Quality Efforts in Educational Institutions

Summary/Abstract: The facilitation of the transfer of knowledge and technology through globalization has also caused changes in the educational understandings of nations. Especially after the economic crises of the late 1970s and early 1980s, reforms were made that supported continuous development in teaching, and instead of heavy approaches that made the student a porter of information, strategic learning methods were organized. This situation has brought with it the conditions for the emergence of an understanding of quality in educational institutions. The understanding of quality is a management model that is spreading rapidly in educational institutions in our country in parallel with global developments. Although it first appeared in industrial enterprises, today it is applied in the form of a plane feature in all social work and operations.
