Summary/Abstract: The place of the National Struggle period in Turkish history is very important in terms of hosting the birth process of a new state. Although he did not have as much effort in the establishment process as Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and the leading figures of the struggle, Colonel Çolak İbrahim Bey was one of the personalities who contributed to the National Struggle. Çolak İbrahim Bey, who retired as an Ottoman Officer at the end of the First World War, left Istanbul after the developments following the Armistice of Mudros and went to Anatolia to join the ranks of the National Struggle. İbrahim Bey, who became the head of the force that would be called the II. Kuva-yı Seyyare Union by the order of Mustafa Kemal Pasha, performed important services in the suppression of the rebellions that took place in Anatolia. After the successful suppression of the revolts, the II. Kuva-yı Seyyare unit was transformed into the 3rd Cavalry Division and sent to the front within the scope of the regular army formed to stop the advance of the Greeks. İbrahim Bey made a great effort for his country by participating in the battles of II. İnönü, Kütahya-Eskişehir, Sakarya and the Great Attack battles with the 3rd Cavalry Division. While continuing his service with the Bilecik Deputy after the victory of the National Struggle, he also established the Bozüyük Lumber Factory, one of the most important lumber factories of the period. In this study, the life of an officer who made an important contribution to the success of the National Struggle, but whose name is not mentioned much in Turkish history will be tried to be explained,
