ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL STABILITY OF BUDGET EXPENDITURES FOR HEALTH CARE IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

Summary/Abstract: The health system of each country requires a certain type of financing in order to survive and meet basic life needs. In the majority of cases, health care is financed from the budget, which ensures that the demands of each individual and society as a whole are met. In this paper, applying statistical methods, the cause-and-effect relationships between certain elements of the health care system and sources of financing in different conditions of fiscal consolidation, with special reference to the Republic of Serbia, will be examined.
