Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to approximate the possibilities of current laboratory diagnostics of acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML). AML diagnosis includes morphological, histological, immunofernotyping and molecular-biological parameters. We focus primarily on the morphological diagnostics of AML.
