Summary/Abstract: The research thesis of this paper is: Disability is a global problem. One way to overcome it is to comply with international treaties. The research problem outlined in this paper will be to find out what facilities are provided by the Polish electoral law for people with disabilities. In addition, the author will determine what conclusions can be drawn from ODIHR reports following election observation. To this end, the author will answer the question of what changes should be introduced to better implement the provisions of international law concerning persons with disabilities. The issues raised in this paper are part of a broader discussion.
