Summary/Abstract: In December 2022, several regulations were published in the Official Gazette, including: Law no. 368/2022 on the state budget for 2023; GD no. 1447/2022 for the establishment of the minimum gross basic salary per country guaranteed in payment; Law no. 369/2022 on the state social security budget for 2023; Order of the Minister of Labour and Social Solidarity (OMMSS) no. 2171/2022 for the approval of the framework model of the individual employment contract. Moreover, in December, several legislative acts were amended, among which: Code of Civil Procedure; Law no. 263/2010 on the unitary public pension system; GEO no. 195/2002 on traffic on public roads; GEO no. 111/2010 on leave and monthly child-raising allowance; GEO no. 27/2022 on measures applicable to final customers in the electricity and natural gas market for the period 1 April 2022-31 March 2023, as well as amending and supplementing certain regulatory acts in the field of energy. Last but not least, in the Official Journal of December also Law No 361/2022 on the protection of whistleblowers in the public interest was published.
