Summary/Abstract: Hearing impairment is a learning disability that affects learning in many ways more than we might realize. Treating her indifferently or applying the same methods as the rest of the students would do nothing but create reasons for school failure and a social maladaptation of the child in question. However, hearing impairment can be used to the benefit of the class and the child concerned, by identifying methods and strategies adapted to the present condition, which can then be extrapolated to other children, because even for those they would it could be the almost perfect solution for school, personal and social success. In this sense, the present paper wants to briefly note the characteristics of hearing impairment and the ways of curricular adaptation that can be done in the classroom, which we consider, an easy and effective way.
