Summary/Abstract: We managed to overcome the pandemic, which, above all, is not over yet, and instead of looking to the future with some hope, we woke up after two years of a nightmare with war in the heart of Europe. Moreover, with a war that is being waged with new intelligence and information weapons, but in all other respects a traditional, indeed a very traditional war. Women, old people and children are fleeing their homes, tanks are advancing, blood reserves are ready for use, bearing in mind that the victims are already counted in the thousands. We feel transported to the darkest past, above all the past of the Balkan war. As if those massacres were not enough, as if the genocide in Srebrenica was not enough! And that would happen again in Europe? In Europe already exhausted by the pandemic?
