Summary/Abstract: This paper is about social changes, with reflection of these changes into information institutions and education, like as their passed changes in way and results of work. Changes at University in the framework of Bologna Process considered in detail and results of the idea connected with education process, results from learning and competence. In the introduction of paper there is a context of changes while the second part is about how the social changes caused the changes of information institutions and, finally, demands of new knowledge and skills demanded in information professions.
