Summary/Abstract: This paper is aimed at presenting a pragmalinguistic analysis of interjections in laughter in the comic books. Concise and terse expressions of interjections that accompany laughter, followed by gestures and mime of the speaker, which are an obligatory value of spoken language, offer a multitude of meanings. Those meanings are context-dependent, thus pragmatical values of interjections in laughter can mean an anticipated joy and happiness, as well as disappointment, surprise, irony, sadness, pain, etc.
