Summary/Abstract: Planning and quality organization of academic activities and focus on learning enable students to successfully academic adaptation. Students are expected to successfully organize their own activities and learning processes, ie formulate personal, long-term and short-term program and work and learning plan. During the COVID-19 pandemic and online teaching when it comes to organizing learning, planning and implementing academic commitments within set deadlines, many students encountered difficulties and challenges. The aim of this research is to examine the relationship of individual personal, academic and environmental factors, on the one hand, and student performance in planning and organizing academic activities during the COVID-19 pandemic, on the other. The study involved 466 students, 1st and 2nd cycle studies, average age M = 21.96 (SD = 3.38). Of the total number, 335 students of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Sarajevo and 131 students of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences of the University of Sarajevo took part. The measuring instruments used in the research are the Depression Scale (DASS-21 subscale), the Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale, the Self-Esteem Scale, the Study Organization Scale and the Socio-Demographic Characteristics Questionnaire. The research was conducted online during October and November 2020. Based on the results of regression analysis, it was found that significant predictor variables together explain 33.6% of the variance of the criterion measure of the organization of work on the study, (F = 20,151; p = .000). Self-esteem stands out as a predictor with the greatest contribution in explaining the criterion measure of organization of work on the study (β = .345; p<.001). The experience of renewal of the study year (β=-.208; p<.001), study satisfaction (β=.154; p<.005) and perceived social support (β=.193; p<.001) also proved to be significant predictors in explaining student performance in planning and organizing academic activities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
