The role of the technical finding of contraventions

Summary/Abstract: Regulation of common law offenses concerning the finding is represented by Chapter II, art. 15-20 of Government Ordinance no. 2/2001 on the legal regime of contraventions. Based on these provisions, we provide legal concept of "the offense" two meanings. Thus, broadly, the finding of contravention means all activities to identify a contravention and offenses of the person who committed it, supplementing the instrument by establishing responsibility mentioned and enforce sanctions.
