Summary/Abstract: Sales management includes the planning, implementation and control of the drawn program to achieve the objectives of the enterprise. Significant bearing on the realization of a sale is the fact that it brings profit to the enterprise and the seller. In an increasingly competitive environment effectively determine the purpose of sales is the leading factor in the overall efficiency of the enterprise. The term „sales targets“ („sale quota“) means efficiency (return), which is assigned to a unit sales for a particular period of time. Efficiency is usually expressed in the level of sales in value or units of production.
