Summary/Abstract: The development of the world economy, including the Bulgarian, is still affected by the consequences of the global economic crisis.These circumstances make one necessary the disclosure of genesis, conditions and trends of the development of the crisis process and its impact on firms and enterprises. This demands the research of the theoretical aspects of the crisis as a concept, the examination of the causes which provoke it, its symptoms for emergence and the factors which influence its development in the enterprises.
