Summary/Abstract: The necessity of good governance is not an abstract one; it exists on the daily life of the people. This wish is understood by the politicians and by the public servants too, and the official discourse proclaims it every day too. However, the realities are different in many countries and the lack of social satisfaction is growing every day in more states; the social investigations reveal that the citizen's trust in public institutions – mainly in the political ones is at minimum. Understanding these facts, it is time to find a way to make a new dimension between the state, politicians, public servant and citizens. Our text tries to point some ideas on this equation, with a clear idea that is just a starting moment for a debate that must change the legal and social paradigm for the next decades, as technological development changes our life and context of thinking.
