Summary/Abstract: The report presents the basic legal rules of international and national maritime law governing the use and delimitation of maritime spaces. It defines some concepts used in maritime law, such as territorial sea, adjacent zone, exclusive economic zone, region and others. Particular attention is paid to the maritime spaces in the Bulgarian sector of the Black Sea.
