Summary/Abstract: The emergence in the field of work for the young graduates of vocational school is less studied in Romania. The present study is a longitudinal one and captures the evolution of the perception of the students of a dual vocational school about career and profession from the beginning of schooling until before graduation, given that this generation of students studied more online due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to the differences in perception between the two rounds of questionnaires, the study also presents the situation of professional insertion of this generation, three months after the completion of professional studies.
