Summary/Abstract: This study aims to analyze the modernization of administrative law in the digital era, taking into account the positive law at European level and the comparative law, in the context of the digital society. This means the adoption of the electronic administrative act, which is customized by specific procedural forms, such as electronic signature and deletion of the stamp.
