Summary/Abstract: Romanian Constitutional Court’s decisions no. 152 and no. 157 from 2020 mark an important step in guaranteeing the rule of law in Romania. Although, some of the Court’s arguments are tributary to a juridical conception that ought to be overstep and to a jurisprudence that ought to be reformed.
