Summary/Abstract: The very low number of options available in the labour market and the high rate of unemployment of persons released from prison (referred to in the study as "released persons" or "persons with a criminal record") as well as, typically, high rates of indebtedness (or over indebtedness) constitute the main reasons that significantly complicate the possibility of returning such persons to, and reintegrating them into, society.
