Summary/Abstract: The evaluation of work and activity according to complexity, responsibility and diligence not only forms the basis of the differentiation of earnings for individual companies but also, to a large extent, provides the means of determining the earnings and social status of sections of the population. However, the assessment of work and activities according to complexity, responsibility and diligence also makes up a very sensitive area in terms of employment legislation and other similar legal relationships. The evaluation of work and activities based on the above factors forms both a tool for earnings protection and an essential element with respect to employee differentiation. The appropriate setting of the method employed for the evaluation of work can be used to align individual work positions according to their complexity and for the setting of the appropriate differentiation of remuneration for work.
