Summary/Abstract: E-government is fully preforming administration electronically without the use of paper, but not only that but also more than a simple computerization of routine business administration. E – government is the way in which governments use technology to provide citizens easier and faster access to information and services. Using e – government achieves the quality of services provided by public administration and enables citizens to more easily participate in the work of democratic institutions. Using these technologies in their work administration becomes more efficient, more reliable and cheaper. All developed countries decide to introduce e – governance which is imposed as a requisite for rapid progress and development in the XXI century.
