Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on laughter as a form of information, communication, and resilience resource in a crisis context. Indeed, the Covid 19 pandemic caused widespread panic across the world and forced states and communities to find resources to deal with its many consequences. In this context, in Senegal, information and communication have been a form of resilience to de-dramatize an extreme anxiety.
