Summary/Abstract: The main aim of the article are considerations on prose written during the second decade of 21st century. The text contains observations based on spatial cathegories of research. Those perspectives allow to divide literary output connected with topographical experiences into three parts: stories from post-German lands, novels which return to Holocaust history on Polish territories and new versions of rural theme. Books published during last years (written by older and younger authors e.g. Karolina Kuszyk, Tomasz Różycki, Szczepan Twardoch, Zbigniew Rokita, Tadeusz Słobodzianek, Magdalena Tulli, Mikołaj Łoziński, Marian Pilot, Wioletta Grzegorzewska, Anna Janko, Andrzej Stasiuk) shows the diverse changes, which occur in traditional ways of creating Polish common identity.
