Summary/Abstract: The brutal reality of barbarian aggressive war in the middle of Europe demands the full mobilization and unification of powers not only of Ukraine, but also of such important actors as European Union member states. However, unfortunately it turned out that European Union again faces internal arguments and lack of unity, despite such unambiguous situation. The articles analyses the number of EU member states according to their position in the Russian-Ukrainian war and discusses what might be the reasons and consequences.
