Summary/Abstract: The study aimed to investigate the influence of the school moral and contingency leadership on the positive school climate. The quasi-experimental quantitative approach, a structured questionnaire, and a non-random cluster sample of respondents were used in the empirical study. The study revealed a positive correlation between moral leadership and a positive school climate as well as a low negative correlation between contingency leadership and a positive school climate.
