Summary/Abstract: The research activities of the RILSA will be focused mainly on the field of work (employment policy, labor market issues, human resources development, income and wage policy), on the social sphere (pension and sickness insurance, state social support and social assistance, development of social structure, living conditions and standard of living), and on the area of family and social contexts of demographic development (the issues of family policy design, support for families with children and life in old age, family and employment harmonization and equal opportunities).
