Aspects of the quality of public service regulation in the Administrative Code

Summary/Abstract: This study aims to analyze the quality of regulation in the field of public services according to the Administrative Code, approved in Romania by Government emergency ordinance no. 57/2019. The confidence that the legislator will reflect on our observations toward better Regulation – framework for public services, has led us to highlight in this study some provisions that we consider to be critical, with possible solutions that we believe require legislative intervention.
