Summary/Abstract: This article presents some considerations concerning the Law no. 246/2022 on metropolitan areas defined in Administrative Code. The analysis regards the most important aspects included in this recent law adopted by the Romanian Parliament. Also, Law no. 246/2022 proposes some amendaments for other regulations connected in some adiacents areas but specially with the Administrative Code.
