Summary/Abstract: This study aims to advance our understanding of the effects of job motivation on performance in elementary school teachers by conducting a meta-analysis. The research sample consisted of 40 leading articles. The results of the summary effect demonstrate that teacher motivation has a favorable impact on elementary school teachers' performance. However, further analysis showed that published articles have publication bias. The researcher recommends that policy makers and school leaders should conduct more research to manage teacher motivation and maintain its influence on teacher performance. Stakeholders should also pay attention to teacher satisfaction as an integral part of performance.
