Summary/Abstract: With regard to the work of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (Panel on the appeal in the interest of the law), two acceptance decisions were handed down concerning: Law no. 85/2014 on insolvency prevention and insolvency procedures; GD no. 1086/2004 for the establishment of specific allowances and of daily allowance, accommodation and food entitlements due to personnel participating in missions abroad.
