HEALTH SAFETY OF POLES BASED ON THE APPLICABLE LEGAL REGULATIONS ON PREVENTING AND COMBATING INFECTIONS AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES USING THE EXAMPLE OF COVID-19 DISEASE

Summary/Abstract: This article presents considerations devoted to the issue of health security of Poles in the context of legal regulations devoted to the prevention and control of infectious diseases in humans, with particular emphasis on the COVID-19 disease. This issue is topical and important, because ensuring health security is a key task of the state and its organs. In implementing them, the state sometimes introduces certain restrictions on the constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen, but it is necessary for the goverment to remember about the proper form of the introduced restrictions and not to negate the essence of these rights and freedoms of the individual.
