Summary/Abstract: The evolution of trade imposed the need to develop new regulations for its conduct, being adopted specific rules for this field of activity. Business law represents a set of legal standards that regulate the patrimonial, social, and non-patrimonial relations that appear between persons in connection with the development of the entrepreneurial activity, as well as the relations that appear in the case of state intervention in this activity. The law ensures organization in a company, being guaranteed by sources of law.
