Typology of Conflicts of Values

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this text is to justify the thesis about the existence of various conflicts of values, and then to illustrate them by using a typology. The work first considers the general concept of conflict and the phenomenon of conflict as the subject of axiological investigations, and then analyzes ontoaxiological assumptions that aim to reveal the presence and multiplicity of conflicts of values. The typology presented here accepts the degree of transcendence of a conflict of a given type in relation to man as a criterion for conceptual division.
