Summary/Abstract: The introduction to the article describes the basic ethical problems of the professional role of a psychologist and also indicates what rights the clients of a psychologist have and what people expect in contact with a psychologist. Next, the question of what human rights violate the situation of diagnosis and what are the factors of credibility of the effect of diagnostic procedures was discussed. After analyzing the differences between the problem and the ethical (moral) dilemma, a proposal for a model of making ethical decisions was presented and its elements were discussed.
