Summary/Abstract: Since the first standards of the refugee diagnosis process were established, significant changes have taken place in this area, related to the introduction of new regulations (general standards, new procedures for identification of refugees). The text describes the amendment of the document - reasons and consequences of changing its status from Standards to Guidelines, reference to General Standards, conclusions resulting from the reception of the first document in the environment and a description of the changes.
