Summary/Abstract: The modification of the level of the salary by legislative regulations is mainly carried out in order to be able to create forecasts at the state budget level. But these do not always have positive effects on the economic-financial activity of commercial companies, as they affect the economic-financial indicators of the company, namely: personnel costs, tax expenses related to personnel and labor productivity.
