Summary/Abstract: Opening the insolvency procedure was a stigma for any business in Romania. The misrepresented notion of insolvency causes the company's partners in insolvency to tighten the conditions of collaboration. Educating the business environment and changing the perception of a company's insolvency is essential in the recovery of a business and overcoming its financial difficulty.
