Summary/Abstract: Since the earliest limes, an important aspect in the evolution of man and his life has been the concern for the future, in which fear combined with precaution, along with wisdom and certainty has led to the creation of the conditions for systems and methods that provide the guarantees necessary for the perpetuation of life and social economic relations. When a person acquires an insurance, he is aware of a certain risk, trying to avoid the negative consequences. The risk does not disappear, but its effects are shifted from the insured to the insurer.
