Summary/Abstract: The Vector of European Integration is one of the priority directions of the policy of the Republic of Moldova. In order to achieve this goal, the Republic of Moldova has made several commitments through Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Moldova, of the other part (ratified by Law no.112/2014). Through the Association Agreement, the Republic of Moldova has made commitments in the field of state aid, including in respect of state aid monitoring. Monitoring state aid is a complex process, the correctness of the performance of which depends not only on the efficiency of the use of public resources and preventing significant distortion of the competition environment, but and the level of fulfillment of international commitments.
